Last night at the Annual Junior League of Miami meeting, my friend Deidre shared with me which of the two whales she was going with. Her pick? Moby 1. I went ahead and finished Moby 2 anyhow. Here are the final whales. I want to thank D again for bestowing this honor on me. XOXO

I grew up watching Star Wars, and now my kids are ALL into Star Wars. In honor of Star Wars Day I whipped up these little watercolors (which are available in the SHOP). R2D2 and BB8 are among my favorite characters of the Star Wars films. Are you a fan? Do you have favorites? XOXO

In keeping with the Mother’s Day theme, here’s another page out of the sketchbook with mom in mind! My mom is a unique, strong and fashionable woman. I owe everything I am to her… even when times were tough, she always believed. She’s my biggest cheerleader and I know I am hers. 

This weekend my baby turned 2! He’s officially not a baby, the bottles are gone and after our pediatrician appointment tomorrow, the whole milk will be gone too.  Sweet, sweet beautiful boy.  As he revels in the Star Wars afterbirth of his gifts…his older and wiser older sister is excited for her half birthday this…
