I have been shopping at J.Crew for 19 years— and I hear from a good source that you are potentially opening a “Men’s Boutique” in Miami… may I suggest something as a LOYAL customer…don’t.

I mean what we really need in Miami is an ALL-IN-ONE (women, men and crew cuts) store in Miami proper or Coral Gables…none of this Aventura or Miami Beach mumbojumbo…I’m talking Dadeland Mall, Merrick Park, Miracle Mile even…

That is what your customers want, this is where they really shop.
